      Application

      Interview

Full time MBA student Applied through school - submitted a company / position specific cover letter along with resume. -Two 1:1 interviews - 45 min each. Spent about 50 min with one and 1hr with another (was the last candidate). - Saw both interviewers look at GPAs and overall academic record. - Both interviewers came with comapny prepared questionnare - mix of behavioral and technical questions. Behavioral questions - typically asked - team situation etc. Technical - usual corporate finance concepts - Intro finance course brush up would be very useful. - offered full-time position after completion of internship. - Absolutely loved working there - great people, provided time and help to get a newcomer to speed. Very well organized internship program. Highly recommend it.
