The acquisition team reaches out first to confirm the candidate. A hiring manager will perform a prescreen and make the determination to move forward or not. (Week 1)) If you are chosen an assessment is requested. This assessment is to determine your leadership style and inform the team where you may need help. A panel interview is then performed, condensing all interviews into a 1 hr session. You will be assigned to a peer for a peer interview before or after this session. (Week 3) If you are selected, another hiring manager will reach you, performing the final screening. (Week 4) If you are chosen the acquisition team will reach you with this information. Once they are informed, it takes about 24 hrs to create your offer. (Week 4-5) Once the offer is accepted you will be screened and drug tested.
