They had conducted the interview in BlueJeans App. Interview went very well. Interviewer had very limited or almost zero knowledge in the technology, so I have explained the technology and what we can do and what is the purpose of it. Interviewer even praised me for my knowledge. But after the interview process was over and I did not receive any feedback, I reach out to the recruitment HR. Much to my surprise, I was told that I am not shortlisted. Heartbroken, I ask them for any feedback, they refuse to say anything. In all probability, they have already have selected person to onboard internally and the process of interview was just an eyewash.
