The interview process was low pressure. What I mean by this is that the lead I spoke with (Mr.Michael) and the Manager I spoke with (Ms.Williams) didn't allow you to feel like the gravity in the room suddenly increased. The experience was more or less an assessment of my personality and how I would fit within the company rather than a grill session on my technical ability. Management wanted to know who I was, what I'm into as far as movies, sports, tech, and more. They were building a report and at the same time displaying they care for their employees. You felt they needed to know their employees as people, and this is how they keep great chemistry.
