Everything moves slow. From the time you apply, to the time you interview, to the time you are hired, to the time you start can be several weeks. Job descriptions don't accurately reflect actual job duties.

The interview process was like nothing I ever had before. They called and scheduled a breif phone interview with Human Resources and a breif interview with the office manager of the new facility. Both calls were on time, clear and concise. They were clear as to how soon they would get back with me to do a face to face interview.
