Applied online, received email invitation for written test. No test was given on the selected date and time. The position was filled after a few days later, It would be great to inform the candidates who prepared for hours/days. I would describe this experience was extremely disrespectful.

Relaxed interview process, access to key decision makers both virtual and in person, focussed on business building, broader market knowledge, experience and vision for the future. Clear communication from them on expectations, reasons for hiring and what they were looking for
