I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mercer in Feb 2015
Interview
It was a pretty standard behavioral interview. I was interviewed by two young women. They told me a little about the company and then they asked me to go over my experiences. There weren't too many questions that I was not expecting. I was told that I would hear back within a week and then I was just never contacted again. I would have appreciated at least an email telling me no but they didn't even bother.

I applied through university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Mercer (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Applied through campus and consequently received an e-mail within a day to do a one way interview recording. There were 8 questions, mostly behavioral and a case. You just have to prepare for all the possible behavioral questions and make them thought out enough to fit under 3 minutes per question.
