I was initially contacted by a recruiter by phone. Next I received a phone screen. The position was a contracted position only (25 hours a week without the possiblity of permanent position in the future).

Interview
30 minute phone call interviews with all 3 of my references, lengthy background check , silly questions about hypothetical questions that could happen or not. Managers played hard ball , good cop, bad cop and asked a bunch of questions about "if this happens what would you do"
