I enjoyed the overall interview process, the team that I met was very informative and painted a great picture of life at MBRDNA. The recruiter made me meeting with 8 people in a span of 1 week. I re-arranged my schedule so that I could meet with them, understanding the urgency of the role. However, 3 weeks past and I heard NOTHING from the recruiter. I had to constantly follow up and ask about status. Finally, after trying to reach out to him via phone call (he purposely pushed my call to voicemail), I get the rejection email. An EMAIL!! I would have liked the courtesy of someone giving me a call to let me know I didn't get the job. They made me go through hoops and all I get is a "no thank you" email? My recommendation - create a great candidate experience from beginning to end. Be respectful of everyone's time.
