Firstly they called and made a telephone interview, nearly 10 minutes long. This conversation was based on the resume, they asked detailed information and they explained the position. At the end of the conversation, they invited me to the headquarter to face to face interview. The interview started with introducing myself and detailed resume. After that, they wanted me to give information about the company. They asked me questions like; "how do your friends describe you?", "can you tell me one of your accomplishment?"
