Overall, I had a great experience with each and every team member. They invest a lot of time to find the best-suited candidates, while the speed of the process is outstanding. The intro call was with one of their Venture Architect and it really helped a lot to better grasp the venture studio model, as I could ask a lot of questions. The interviewer was very enthusiastic about Merantix and also asked me some questions to assess if I am a good fit. The first round of interviews was with the marketing manager, where I had to solve a few mini cases/ challenges the studio faces atm. The second round was with the CFO and was probably the most challenging, as she asked many tough questions but I was also able to The last step is the on-site days, where I was given two tasks, which I had to present at the end of the second day.
