You start with an initial conversation with the hiring manager which is very pleasant. This is followed by an assignment of which you present your findings to the Head of sales and a colleague after assessing the date provided to you prior.

All steps where clearly stated from start to finish. Initial talk with the in-house recruiter, followed by a more detailed one-to-one with the line manager. The third stage was to discuss a case study with two members of the extended team and lastly a chemistry session with the team talking about existing problems and solutions.
