Interview process was relatively quick. Met with the marketing manager and head of the retention team. They were very nice and seemed to care about someone who wanted to learn rather than necessarily had all the qualifications they were looking for.

Interview
Applied online and received an email from one of the founders to interview. Got ghosted for 3-4 months then was contacted to continue interviewing with the team. Everyone on the team was nice during the interview but I could tell there was friction with one of the founders. I was trying to leave a stressful job and was not looking for more stress so I followed my instinct and declined their offer.

Interview
I spoke with the Head of Marketing, then team members I would be managing, then the founder. I was placed with another company within 7 days of interviewing so I didn’t take the role but they seem to be happy. Work a lot, but happy employees.
