Got an email from their hiring department to schedule for interview. Turned up for the meeting but no one from Mendix turned up. Waited for 20-30mins and dropped the hiring person an email but there was no response from them. Followed up about the interview a few days later and there was no reply again. After 1 month, I received a reply from another hiring person thanking me for my interest in Mendix and asked to stay in contact. - Shared what happened to the hiring person and there was no reply back as well. Pretty bad experience I'll say... I would think the courtesy to reply after wasting a candidates time should be minimal and expected.
