Interview
The Interview process was standard as with any comparable job. They are looking for people who will do their job and are reliable. You also do a small assessment on different situations you might encounter with customers.
Was pretty easy, just answer truthfully and show your true personality! They look for someone outgoing, hardworking and a leader! They also look for responsibility and time management! Listen when they talk about the store and listen as they take you on a tour.
