Interview
The interview was very formal and structured, with no two way interaction. I didn't get the opportunity to get a feel for the role and the culture, nor any responses to the answers I provided.
Two part interview. 1st part was general interview with Adult Services Manager and Head of Services, depth/relevance of experience etc. Both interviewers very professional. My experience was very very close, but it has been some time since I had been in welfare rights. They did take this into account. The 2nd part was with a service provider/officer and was supposed to ascertain how I would deal with certain situations, however, it was more of a general chat.

Application first, got email for interview on teams with managers, not so difficult just a real life scenario questions, to fact check you know what you are talking about..all the best
