Interview
The interview was conducted in two parts. The entire process took about 2 weeks. My first interview was with the Human Resource Manager and Director of Community Management. The second interview was a combination of the Director of Community Management and the President/CEO. Both interviews were in depth and intense. They were all business, nothing personal, which was great, and very professional. They asked a lot of questions related to community management, very specific “work scenario” questions and challenges. It was refreshing to see that they very clear and up front regarding duties, expectations and job requirements.
