Interview
Short, didn't talk much about the job. Wasn't explained thoroughly. Manner was very nice, little impersonal. Not much of a personality. Wasn't told about history of company or the history of the company racism and failure to promote people of color.
It was a very smooth process. The interviewer got right to the point and was very direct regarding the job responsibilities and what my day to day would entail. It was a very light-hearted interview

What are my strength that I can bring to the company
Very easy and laid back. Questions were very direct and to the point. Interview was with two people at one time. Really easy process and I encourage anyone to take the job.
