I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Menards (Indianapolis, IN) in Jul 2013
Interview
Went in to my local Menards, filled out a lengthy application that asked some pretty ridiculous questions, and was contacted by their HR a few days later. After that, I went in for a 1-on-1 interview with the HR representative and after a simple and easy 20 minute interview, I was offered the job.

I applied online. I interviewed at Menards (Washington, IL) in Apr 2024
Interview
Overall my interview at Menard's was a very laid back interview, I was hired on the spot. They asked basic behavioral questions like what are your greatest strengths and weaknesses, tell me about yourself, etc.
The interview process was in my opinion very simple and straightforward. I was asked lots of questions about myself as a worker. They go over your work history and ask why you would be a good fit for the job. They also ask a lot of what if questions or what would you do in this scenario.
