Unprofessional interview set up as interviewer showed up 30 mins late. HR bended the hiring rule from 2 rounds to 1 round which is different to what I’ve been told before the 1st round of interview. 3rd party HR service annoyed the provided referee and directed me not to call to check on him which also annoyed me. HR requested identity documents and pushed for pre-medical check availability before the offer is issued. Manager decided to provide offer to fast track but I reject the offer regardless based on how they operate at a below average subcontractor level. If Menai Civil would like to progress further they will need to change their HR department first (Not outsourced to 3rd party service provider - Infinity HR) as they are extremely unprofessional. I rejected the offer not because of anything else but how their HR operates.
