All applications routed through the website to local managers. Was interviewed for hourly position by manager and assistant manager. Offer was made at the end of the interview, but that is often not typical. Lasted about thirty minutes, in the break room of the store.

Honestly, there were no trick questions, behavioral analyses, or other oddball requests. They told me more about the company and position, and I told them more about my background.
