The initial interview with the Recruiter went well. It was very detailed and went for more than an hour.. However, the final panel interview wasn't pleasant. It did not go well as they wanted a very senior technical resource. I did not get the sense what they were looking for initially from the job description. Wish I knew that earlier to better prepare. They seem to have a good technical team.
