Interview
It was a panel interview with three people asking a series of questions that varied from have you worked with children in the past to what was a time you had to act quick and how did you respond. Overall the interviewers were very nice but I do think they were looking for someone with professional experience with children, which I do not have. They should have looked closer at my resume before wasting my time and theirs. The interview was at the main library and they had water on the table. It was a very comfortable interview but as I said they were looking for someone with professional experience as in a daycare or teacher role.

Interview
The interview process was normal. About three interviewers: a lead questioner from the department I applied for and two assistant questioners from different departments. I was encouraged to take notes, and warned that they will be taking notes as well.
