Multi Step Process, doesn't take long as long as you are open for upcoming dates, they want to hire someone as soon as they can, they are willing to be flexible based on your start date, looking for people fresh out of college.

Interview
Recieved an email from a recruiter about an ISR position at memoryblue. After the initial email, it took about 2 weeks to get back to me, in which we set up a Zoom call, which was about 10 minutes. Recruiter asked typical discovery questions and said there coud be a good fit as I have had previous sales experience. He informed me he would be in touch the next day or by Monday (call was on a Thursday). 10 days went by to which I sent a follow up email; still awaiting a response...the interview process has become an almost joke in 2022, "everyone is in desperate need of help" is a myth.
