      Sales Representative Interview

      31 Oct 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at MemoryBlue in Sept 2016

      Interview

Long and professional at times. The recruiter contacted me and told me after the reference check, that she would let me know if it is a fit with her team or not. She contacted me two weeks later to say that they are still deciding and that she would know something later that week. She still gave me no response. I think that is very unprofessional and put a bad taste in my mouth. I ended up taking another job, but I waited longer than what I should have on their response. To say the least, I am glad I went else where for my career.

I interviewed at MemoryBlue (Waltham, MA)

      Interview

The entire process was well organized, many steps but seemed reasonable. Second phase was with 2 hiring managers who asked basically the same questions. Most questions were behavioral. Questions were not too complicated.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (London, England) in May 2025

      Interview

MemoryBlue put me through multiple rounds of interviews, gave me a verbal offer, then confirmed it — only to pull the offer out of nowhere while I was on my honeymoon. No apology, no explanation, just a cold, careless email saying the job was no longer mine. I turned down other great opportunities because I trusted them. That was a huge mistake. Their process is completely disorganized, and they clearly have no respect for people’s time, careers, or lives. This company plays with people’s futures. If you’re considering working here — don’t. If this is how they treat new hires before day one, imagine what it’s like on the inside. Avoid at all costs.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Congratulations you got the job offer, will you accept it?
      1 Answer

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at MemoryBlue (Boston, MA) in Dec 2024

      Interview

Many back and forth callas and zooms, pretty unorganized process but very informative. Took over two and a half months to complete full interview cycle. Would like to see a better pay rate but its entry level.
