I applied through other source. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Aug 2017
Interview
Brought me into their lab and had me talk to the PI for an hour. It was mostly the PI talking about their work and asking me if I had questions. Talked very little about me. Had a very nice time. Then talked to two RSAs who I would be working with. They had me talk about my experience. I should have asked better questions about their research. Instead I asked about cultural fit, which was a mistake.

I applied online. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in Jun 2020
Interview
Call from HR department who matched me with a team a few months later, had an in person interview with the team. They were all really nice. Was then followed up and was placed on an alternative team which had a completely different dynamic and culture than my interview.

Behavioral, but basic because this is typically a first job out of college.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Aug 2018
Interview
I was called about 2 weeks after applying online, and scheduled a phone screen interview. The phone screen took about 10 minutes and I was asked pretty generic questions about my research experience and clinical experience. They then said I would need to come in for 2 more interviews over the next month, which seemed a little excessive.
