I'm not one to typically write reviews but I had such a pleasant experience that I felt inclined to chime in. Was contacted about a week after applying online to set up an in-person interview with HR. After the basic HR behavioral questions (20-30 min) she asked if I had time to meet with the hiring manager. I agreed and was given the address he was located at, about .5 miles up 3rd ave which was not bad at all. There I met with the 3 more people (2 analyst and the hiring manager). All were extremely friendly and made the interview stress free. Asked the typical behavioral questions, nothing I wasn't prepared for.
9 business days later I received an email from one of the people I interviewed with with an excel assessment test. Was told to complete ASAP, which I did. Wasn't to terrible but make sure if you say you are good with excel that you are truly good with excel because they will know.
After taking the test I heard back 1 day later asking for my references. The deadline for reference was 2 business days so be sure to have previous managers and coworkers in mind if you make it to this stage. I was then made an offer 3 days after the reference deadline which I happily accepted.
I've interviewed with many companies during my current job search and this was far and away the best experience I've had with all of them. And I'm not just saying that because they offered me the position.
