The whole application and interview process was easy, stream line, and they wanted to meet in person. Both managers were polite and professional, walked around the unit and were very accommodating.

I interviewed for a new grad position here and found it to be very relaxed. Lots of situational questions and behavioral questions. It was very conversational rather than panel based.
There was a panel of 3 nurses. Manager, Day shift and night shift. and ICU. they asked situational questions. why i wanted to become a nurse. It was only one interview.
