While the interview process was speedy, it was incredibly involved (6 rounds with 3 presentations, including 2 separate decks that I detailing a one-year strategy & budget allocation). After going through all that, the HR rep and hiring manager that I had been working with ghosted me. I reached out multiple times, before I presumably guilted the HR rep enough to respond to my inquiries about the status of the role. After such an intensive interview experience for an executive-level role, the handling of the rejection & aftermath was incredibly unprofessional.
