The interview process is extremely competitive. The first round they have you in a group interview with 7 to 8 people. When you have an opportunity to have a singular interview with the 4 or 5 people interviewing you, they ask you who you would hire and fire from the group. I think this promotes sharp elbows right out of the gate.

long, alot of personal questions to get to know you better, difficult targets but a very nice and friendly culture and managers, typically 3 stages each for almost an hour and the last is a bit difficult, they can work on keeping the interview process online as now all the jobs are doing this rather then in office ftf
