Had two interviews one Skype interview and one in-person I had more experience than the role required , the in-person interview started almost 40 mins after the scheduled time with many connection drops during video conference. After wasting almost a month of my time no feedback was given very poor communication.
Many situational questions that were related to the work like what I would do in certain scenarios, how I deal with colleagues, my working style, how I deal with timelines etc.

3 rounds of interviews + 1 language assessment test. The interview rounds are quite similar to each other mainly generic interview questions like past job experiences, experiences with microsoft office etc.

Lengthy, at times process would start, then pause for a month or 2 then next interview would take place. Which could have been explained better in the initial call/ interview
