very brief and to the point. All the manager did was go over dress code, and what was expected of me. He asked when I can work and if I can work doubles. I was also asked if I had interest in moving up to server then maybe bartender.
I ended up hosting for a year, serving for a year, now I bartend and serve.

Not difficult just asked availability and past work experience. Pretty much just show up and tell them about yourself. Overall very easy for most people in my opinion. Tell them your previous jobs.
Asked questions about who I was as a person. They also asked about my other job experiences. I told them I had worked at restaurants before. The manager was very nice

Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward and took about 1 hour from arrival to departure, including time to fill out the application. After submitting my application online, I received a job offer on the spot and started the next week. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the manager who conducted the interview.
