Meketa interview questions

I had one phone screening and was told I would hear back either way within a week. After two weeks with no communication, I reached out to ask whether I was still being considered, but I have not received a response. As an HR professional myself, I find this disappointing. If this is how HR professionals treat another HR person, the candidate experience organization wide must be pretty poor.

4 rounds, 1: 30 min virtual with HR, very simple 2; 30 min virtual with HR and manager, very simple 3: 2.5 hour in person with manager plus 2 other people talking for half hour each followed by writing test and math quiz 4: 3.5 hour hour in person, meet with 5 people for half hour followed by case study Overall not very difficult, know your stuff about yourself and your motivations. It was a gauntlet though, 4 rounds is crazy.
