Interview
The interview was around 20 minutes . I've been answering different sorts of questions. I said that I have communication and customer experience skills, that I'm responsible, hardworking, and have potential.
A quick phone call interview and an unpaid one day trial. Contract discussion immediately after the trial. Obviously no negotiating, everything is fixed. No issue if you have experience before
Easy process. Got a telephone call where they went through CV and asked about bar experience. If you have enough experience, you will get it. Didn’t go through anything else.
