Mega Fishing interview questions

The interview process is very delayed and you are to wait for periods outside what was agreed upon or the time allotted for you. Right off the bat, the questions about skills are way outside of your job description.

The recruitment process took a very long time. The initial invitation for interview happened one month after I sent in an application. There was an assessment exam prior to the initial interview. HR interview followed. I was waiting to be scheduled for the final interview when the recruiter stopped responding to all communication.
