I went into a room where 3 managerial staff members briefly interviewed me. It was a relatively easy interview, although I think it definitely helps to have been a past student at Mega Academy or to have known many people that had worked at Mega.

I was approached to apply for a position because I was a former student here. Very easy application process-- a form to fill out and an in-person interview consisting of a few short questions and an exam to check if you are qualified to teach. Overall a very quick and easy interview process as long as you can answer a few simple english and math questions and answer a few behavioral questions.
