I was called to schedule an initial interview with the Account Director. In this first interview, there were two other employees that also asked the typical personality/work ethic questions. I was told that the next step was to take an online assessment involving problem solving and some math skills and afterwards would be contacted for a second interview if I passed.
The second interview took place with the owner and another employee. Similar questions to the first interview were asked, but this time a bit more in depth. I was told I would hear an answer no later than two weeks. After two weeks I called and emailed the hiring manager and never heard an answer one way or another.
