Phone screen with an external agency. The recruiter was friendly and communicative. Adequately explained the details around the contract length and role. Was provided with additional information around benefits etc.

4 rounds, recruiter, hiring manager, and 2 with team. They asked about my background and behavioral questions relating to the job. The whole process was pretty long, I’d say about 3 months from application to job offer. Typical finance interview.

You can achieve anything with a relaxed and friendly approach like the one I experienced during the interview process. It was truly a two-way conversation and a wonderful experience.
I had a conversation with the principal financial analyst, t seemed to me that he knows what he is doing.
