Brief over the phone pre-qualification by a recruiter. Met with 3 managers. 2 of them where very nice and engaging. Other couldn't be bothered to be there.

Multiple level process. Talked to various people about the role, including those in HR and people who have the role I was applying for. Interview process also included a skills assessment that gave me insight into the day to day job responsibilities, as well as a one on one interview where I was assessed on my ability to handle different hypothetical scenarios.
