The first stage of interviews occurred over the phone and within 2 days I had received an invitation for an in person interview. The hiring staff were able to offer a great deal of flexibility in scheduling and were able to get me through the interview stage quickly.

The first round which I did, was with an HR on a phone call. I had a referral and completely met the requirements for that role. The HR asked about my background and she was even fascinated with how much I know about their company.
