Started with a 30 minute video call. Followed with a 1.5 hour in person interview. The communication was clear and direct. Easy to schedule and follow directions. The people knew what they were doing, making it feel very official yet friendly.

Question 1
We went through my resume and talked about each of the experiences I have listed on there.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medpace in Jan 2024
Interview
Received an email asking me to set up an in-person interview onsite. The interview itself was 3 rounds, but only the first interview was with people physically in the room with me strangely. The other two rounds were with people over Teams and they essentially asked me all the same questions as the previous people. Last was an HR rep who went over benefits and the like. I was told they were "very fast" in replying and overall everyone seemed to like me. Was told to expect an email with next steps by the end of next week at the "very latest". I received an automated rejection a week and a half later to my junk folder. Overall a strange experience and ultimately a waste of time.
Thank you for leaving a review. We sincerely apologize for the experience you’ve had while interviewing, this is not our typical process. We are always looking to improve and appreciate the insight you have provided. We wish you well in your future endeavors.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Medpace (Cincinnati, OH) in Apr 2025
Interview
Half hour phone interview with HR rep, then 1.5 hour zoom interview with two separate teams as I was interviewing for two roles at the same time. Interviewers/hiring team didn't seem to have questions planned out to ask and seemed a bit unorganized. The second hiring team asked which role I was more interested in taking and insisted on me giving an explicit answer, which gave me an off-putting vibe as it seemed quite manipulative. At the end of the interview, I was told to decide which role I wanted to proceed with and that I would get an answer back within 1-2 weeks. I was given an offer of $28/hr 2.5 weeks later, Benefits package is mid, at least for entry-level.

Question 1
Greatest strength and greatest weakness - average interview questions. Was asked to talk a lot about internship/previous relevant experience.
