Interviewer was taking calls from the warehouse floor during interview and could not focus on interview. Impression was that interviewer came in knowing they were not going to make offer.

Casual phone interview with questions focusing on general past experience with teams. Additionally we discussed the level of automation in the facility. The closing questions were the standard can you be there, including do you have reliable transportation.
