I was very thankful that the recruiter was very transparent. She told me that it’s standard that employees work 50 hours EVERY week. She also mentioned that I could potentially be called at all hours of the night and/or weekend and that the job is very hectic. #ThankYou4YourHonesty So basically they offer two weeks vacation to start (not impressive) and then they want you to work all of those hours? No thank you! They must not believe in work/life balance. I would never apply at this company again.
