First I found them through the career services through my university. The HR recruiter contacted me prior to the career fair to schedule my interview with him and the VP of Operations. The next day they contacted me to schedule an on-site interview. They offered airline tickets or mileage reimbursement, it also included stay at a hotel. The on-site interview consisted of a full day of 1:1 interviews with various VPs and other engineers. The organization is very flat and you get daily interactions with the VPs. They seemed performance driven and understood that great compensation came with long hours/work weeks.
