At first it was a great interview process. The recruiter does a phone screen, a phone interview with another manager, and a final/ onsite interview with lunch afterwards . My process was about 3 weeks. So on the day of my final interview, I arrive to their office and I met another gentleman who was also interviewing for the same position as me. I didn’t think much of it because I assumed that’s their hiring process, but it does seem sketchy on their part- they could’ve at least scheduled candidates hours apart. So after we go our separate ways to go on an office tour and shadow a recruiter; I notice two things: lack of diversity and unprofessional behavior. The recruiter I shadowed let me know that she asked a friend of hers if she knew of me because we went to the same university. Definitely had mixed feelings about their culture afterwards.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Medix (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

Question 1
They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
