Involved 3 rounds. 2 phone interviews with members of the team which focused on typical interview questions and outlining the role. Then a final video call round with the founders. I found the first 2 interviews to be great as the team members were very personable and were focused more on having a conversation to get to know about you and your background. The final interview felt a bit more disconnected though as the founders seemed distracted or disinterested during the whole video call and generally not interested in getting to know my background or workstyle (not sure if maybe they just weren't interested in hiring me who knows). I will say the first interviews were great and I enjoyed them a lot but can definitely say the attitude in the final round may be discouraging for many.
