Telephone interview followed by Employer Interview and one day introduction.
Pro: the day of introduction can be useful to see the environment of work
Cons: the process takes really long and you need at least two days off from work.

Question 1
Some question about clinical cases, CKD, hypothyroidism, your future, if any interest in any further specialisation
Simple. No clinical interview as none of the team interviewing were clinical. Just competency. Was not introduced to team which was unusual. Happened in branch so even more unusual. Overall much more superficial and less clinical than previous veterinary interviews.

Interview
Nothing unusual, just answered basic questions, not stressful, they made me feel welcome, really nice people who care about their employees.
Really would recommend working there as they seem like they work in a positive environment.
