I applied. They called me. Had an initial interview. Asked about Salary. It was pitifully low. No wonder they have so many open positions. The salary is not even in the ballpark to make a meager living.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meditech (Canton, MA)
Interview
The programmer interview process was straightforward but long, taking roughly two and a half months, including a proprietary language test. It includes resume scanning, phone screening, and a coding challenge (they use their proprietary language, so you can not study first. There are 25 questions), a panel interview(logical questions, talking about your projects), and the last one is to ask you to write a short conclusion about the job responsibility and why you are a great match for that. All you need to do is be yourself.
Technical Assessment – Depending on the role, a coding test, case study, or problem-solving exercise may be required.
Initial Interview – A conversation with HR or a hiring manager to discuss experience, skills, and career goals.
Technical/Behavioral Interview – A more in-depth interview with team members, focusing on technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and situational behavior.
Final Interview & Offer – A meeting with senior leadership or key decision-makers, followed by a job offer if successful.
