Question 1
How will you position the product when you have hospital based EMR that is being rolled out into the department.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medisoft in Feb 2024
Interview
Two interviews and an R/ Python test. Standard questions about challenges of working with RW data. I appreciate that there were no pretentious questions, like what is your greatest strength/ failure. instead, I was asked about challenges and achievements I hope to gain on the job. It was clear they interviewed with a purpose. The only red flag was that one of the directors announced rather proudly that they are looking for a 'self-starter' and someone to 'pick up the work without much guidance'.
