Applied online. Received a call from Recruiter a few days after. The recruiter was very friendly on the phone while asking you some general questions. Questions were like "where are u working, what type of work do you do at work, what type of experiences do you have, what pay rate are you looking for, time, hour, etc."
A few days after the initial call, I received another call from the same recruiter asking to do a Live Video Streaming Interview because their Headquarter is in Canada. Met with 2 recruiters that day. They were very nice and out going. My video streaming had static issues. Audio kept breaking up so they called me and did the interview on the phone with the video still on. This tells u if u have internet issues, don't worry.
Questions are general HR questions. The recruiters wrote down everything or important keywords from my answers.
A few days later I received another call asking me to meet with the Operation Manager for another face to face interview. The Operational Manager is another lady. She was pleasant and nice. She asked me a combinations of HR, Technical, Case Scenario questions. I wasn't nervous at all because she and her helper acted very friendly and made the environment very comfortable.
Personally I really like the interview with the operational manager.
When interviewing, Managers will listen and observe you to see if ur the best fit. But on the other hand a candidate should also listen and observe the Manager to see if feelings can be mutual in terms of "Is this the type of Manager I want to work for?"
That was what I did.
I found that she cares about ur answers, but she pays a much closer attention to your reasons behind every answer as if the reasons are more important to her.
This tells me the Manager is willing to listen. It gave me the idea that problems can easily be solved if Managers are opened up to ideas, reasoning, and willing to listen to team members.
I thought this behavior of her is a very big plus.
Interview went well. She said she like some of my answers and reasons behind it.
4 days later I received another call offering me the position.
